"Maternalia," 2022
MFA Thesis Exhibition

In April 2022 I installed a culminating exhibition in the Cora Stafford Gallery at University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. The pieces installed have an intended function beyond their sculptural form, for one participant or many. The unifying concept addresses motherhood, corporeality, lactation, and marginalized craft media with forms inspired by fashion and mythology.
